CPAA 2021 Virtual Annual General Meeting and Election
CPAA members in good-standing are hereby invited and requested to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Community Planning Association of Alberta (CPAA) to be held virtually on Tuesday, May 4 at 11:30 AM.
CPAA Members who have registered for the conference will have access to the Annual General Meeting via the conference index page.
CPAA Members who have not registered for the conference must register separately here and will be emailed the access login to the conference site by April 30th.
The Draft 2020 Annual General Meeting Minutes, the 2020 Financials, the Nominating Committee report and the Proposed Bylaw Amendments will be emailed to all AGM registrants and CPAA members prior to the meeting. Questions may be submitted to Vicki Hackl at [email protected] at least 48 hours prior to the start of the meeting.
Please note: There is no cost to participate however, preregistration is required.

Members are encouraged to participate via a tablet or computer in order to vote using the webinar polling feature and to be able to submit questions during the AGM. Unfortunately, those who join via telephone will not be able to vote on motions.
