Both 2007 Emerald Award finalists, the Alberta Lakes Management Society (ALMS) and the Beaver Hills Initiative (BHI) are partnering together  to co-host the “Air, Land & Water: Leadership in Integrated Environmental Management Conference”  that will interest all levels of government, industry, environmental non-government organizations, and community members.  This two-day conference will showcase innovative approaches to monitoring air quality, water conservation, and multi-jurisdictional environmental land management practices.
