Aerotropolis symposium - Creating airport cities - a 21st Century trend
offers a unique opportunity for local policy makers and community leaders
to engage with national and international experts on regional economic
development.
Discover how leveraging airport infrastructure into a sustainable city can
give your business, industry, residential or development venture the
competitive advantage.
The
City and County of Leduc with the Edmonton International Airports are
working together to put on a forum around a very interesting land use
planning concept and we are hoping to encourage all those folks interested
in land use and urban planning to attend the forum. The concept is uch
bigger than any one project but really about how to build a major urban
core with the airport as an anchor much like the old days of the rail way
or the sea port as the economic anchor. The concept embraces industrial,
commercial and residential construction.
