The Community Planning of Association awards, three $1000.00 scholarships to students who volunteer at the Association’s Alberta Annual Planning Conference.

Applicants are required to attend and participate in the Conference and submit a report of up to 1500 words on topics relevant to the Conference and community planning generally.

To volunteer and be eligible for the scholarship, students must:

- be in a planning related post-secondary program in Alberta
- become student members of CPAA ($25.00)
- register for the Conference at the student rate of $50.00
- be accepted as a student volunteer for the Conference (contact cpaa@cpaa.biz or phone (780) 432-6387 to find out more)

For Conference Volunteers, CPAA will provide accommodation (multiple persons per room) and mileage expenses (carpool).

CPAA may need to limit the number of student volunteers accepted under these terms.
