The
Community Planning of Association awards, on an annual basis, four $500.00
scholarships to students who register and actively participate in the
Association’s Alberta Annual Planning Conference.
In
2008, applicants were required to:
Attend
and participate in the CPAA’s 2008 Annual Alberta Planning Conference and
submit a three page report describing:
-
What
community planning means to them and how they see their future contribution
to it;

Their
most valuable experience at the 2008 Conference and its contribution to
their understanding of community planning needs and issues in Alberta; and
-
How
the theme of the 2008 Conference: “Planning
Regionally; Planning Reasonably” helped
in their understanding of community planning.
